Our Town & The Business of Broadway

Join the MIT Club of New York on Wednesday January 15 at 6:00 PM for a pre-show Q&A with Award-Winning Broadway Producer Eric Falkenstein (A Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play, Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical, Tony Award for Best Play) followed by a showing of Our Town, the new Broadway show starring Jim Parsons, Katie Holmes and Zoey Deutch. 

The play has received critical acclaim from The New York Times, and the New York Theater Guide proclaimed: “A revival both for fans and for newcomers, this production of Our Town has something for all audiences to enjoy.”

The Q&A with Eric Falkenstein will take place during a pre-theater reception with light food at a nearby lounge directly before the show.

We hope you can join us for what promises to be a fabulous night out on Broadway in our wonderful town of NYC!

Depolarization of America through Election Reform

In 2021, a group of the leading academics in the United States formed a Task Force to study the polarization of the American electorate and arrive at solutions to the dysfunction of our electoral system. The public kick-off of their work took place at an HBS Club of NY event. 

These leading academicians have now written a book entitled, “Electoral Reform in the United States: Proposals for Combating Polarization and Extremism,” to be published at the end of this year. Join Us to Hear the Conclusions of a Task Force of some the Country’s Most Eminent Scholars on How to Reform the Political System in the U.S. to Combat Polarization and Extremism.

An Evening with Deb Roy: Director of the MIT Center for Constructive Communication
